Woven structurally into the cotton tissue blend as thread rather than applied as surface coating, the gold runs through the fabric like veins of precious metal through dark stone. In natural light it glows warmly. In lamplight it ignites. The tissue weave gives this saree its signature characteristic: a multidirectional shimmer that changes with every step, every turn, every shift of the body. Unlike plain silk or printed fabric, tissue does not simply reflect light it refracts it, scattering gold and maroon in constantly shifting arrangements that make the saree appear different, and more beautiful, from every angle and in every light.

Dry clean only to preserve the natural dyes and delicate handwoven texture. Store your saree in a breathable cloth bag. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use steam ironing or iron on low heat with a protective cloth. Fold and refold along different creases occasionally to prevent permanent fold lines. Wear and cherish your handwoven masterpiece with pride.
