You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery
Items are eligible for return, exchange, or store credit only if they are:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns
- Only exchange (same or higher value) is allowed for such items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details/images for quick resolution.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on preference)
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect

- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or refund (if applicable)
