Returns & Exchanges: At Sutrami, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact. Dry clean only to preserve the natural dyes and delicate handwoven texture. Store your saree in a breathable cloth bag. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use steam ironing or iron on low heat with a protective cloth. Fold and refold along different creases occasionally to prevent permanent fold lines.
