Returns & Exchanges: At Sutrami, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact. Customized, personalized, clearance, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a request, please contact us at care@sutrami.com with your order details. Once approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and additional charges may apply for reshipment. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the customer.

Dry clean only to preserve the natural dyes and delicate handwoven texture. Store your saree in a breathable cloth bag. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use steam ironing or iron on low heat with a protective cloth. Fold and refold along different creases occasionally to prevent permanent fold lines. Wear and cherish your handwoven masterpiece with pride.
